Tell us about your self?

I'm a Computer Engineering graduate from Makerere University, with several certifications in OHSE (Occupational health and Safety environment), DEFENSIVE DRIVING, FIRST AID and now Pursuing a Masters in Business Administration

Describe your typical day?

I work with my e-mail mainly, communicating both internally and externally, I interpret work orders for telecommunications installations, maintenance and repairs. I review reports from my teams of field engineers and always crown my day with feedback communications to my clients-as either progress updates or completion reports

Why did you choose that career path?

I was always fascinated by Computer Networking 

What are your main tasks and responsibilities at work?

1. Network design review
2. Project planning,
3. Risk assessment
4. Safety review and reports review.

Management and interpersonal skills

It's like a billboard that advertises me everyday

it's one that makes people perfectionists

I applied and passed an interview

What subjects did you take in school and how have they influenced your career path ?

PCB/M (Physics,Chemistry,Biology and Mathematics, But only Mathematics and Physics are relevant to me

What is your Education to date?

Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering BSCE (MUK) but pursuing an Masters in Business Administration 

What aspects of your Education System have proven most important for your job?

Mathematics, Physics, Laboratory practice and Report writing

What trends are you seeing in your career field?

It is a very progressive field

What are the most important personal characteristics required for the job?

Self esteem and tranquility

A Managing Director

Being voted as the Best employee of the month

As a student, how did you cope up with the pressure to succeed / excel in class?

I hung in there, but I joined fellowship and scripture union

What advise would you give someone considering this job?

Just be smarter than you read

What kind of work experience would provide a good background for this position?

An engineering degree with at most an upper second score plus safety and management certifications among others
