The Relevance (Why the course is being taught)
This is a four (4) year degree program with option for exemptions for those with a Diploma in Biomedical Engineering. It equips students with skills to facilitate, support and oversee the biomedical life cycle of medical equipment. This involves needs assessment, planning, utilization, maintenance decommissioning and eventually disposal.
Applicants with a Diploma in the following fields will be admitted:- Mechanical engineering, Telecom engineering, Medical Laboratory technology, Biomedical Engineering and any other approved engineering related programs.

Course Entry Requirements
A’ level with 2 principle passes in either Physics or Mathematics or a diploma in any related field
Applicants with a Diploma in the following fields will be admitted:- Mechanical engineering, Telecom engineering, Medical Laboratory technology, Biomedical Engineering and any other approved engineering related programs.
