Do you wish to turn your ideas into compelling scripts for film or television? Goethe-Zentrum Kampala in partnership with British Council invites you to join an inspiring Screenwriting Masterclass hosted by the creator of the BBC hit television series, ‘Dreaming Whilst Black’, BAFTA Award-winning filmmaker, Adjani Salmon.

Unlock the secrets of great storytelling and learn: How to Evolve an Idea from Concept to Screen; The Different Narrative Models in Screenwriting; How to Use Obstacles to Drive Storytelling; How to Develop Complex Characters; the Anatomy of a Scene; and How to Write the Perfect Pitch.

Eligibility: Applicants should be a minimum of 18 years old. Submissions are open to both beginners and experienced writers.
