TotalEnergies EP Uganda is offering Graduate Trainee opportunities to fresh university graduates with a Bachelor’s degree not exceeding two years after graduation with academic scores that reflect a potential minimum of an upper second degree.
The Graduate Trainee opportunities are available in the following areas

1. Contracts and Procurement Graduate trainee: Number of Graduate Trainees (01) : Req 60155BR

Provide support to the Contracts and Procurement department in areas such as Supply chain management, contracts management and operations.

Qualification & experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
• Maximum 2 years post-graduation experience.

2. H3SEL (Health Social Safety Security Environment & Land) Graduate Trainee: Number of Graduate Trainees (01) Req: 60156BR

Provide support to the technical integrity and process safety aspects of the H3SEL department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree related to Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Maximum 2 years post-graduation experience.

3. Legal Graduate Trainee: Number of Graduate Trainee (01) Req: 60158BR

Provide support to the Legal department.

Qualification:

•  Bachelor of Laws, A post graduate diploma in Legal Practice (Dip. Law) with an understanding of Uganda’s legal and regulatory framework for the oil and gas industry.
•   Maximum 2 years post graduation experience

Finance Graduate Trainee: Number of Graduate Trainee (01) Req:60166BR

Provide support to the Finance department in its various sections (Accounting, Finance control, reporting, MIS etc…as may be required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, business, commerce or any finance related course.
• Strongly motivated, fast learner with knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
• Maximum 2 years post graduation experience

Human Resources and Administration Graduate Trainee: Number of Graduate Trainee (01) Req:60168BR

Provide support to the Human Resource Operations & Information Systems section.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), Industrial Psychology, Social sciences/Social Work & Social Administration with specialization in HRM.
• Good knowledge of the Human Resource Information Systems- HRIS.
• Maximum 2 years post graduation experience

Information Systems and Telecommunications Graduate Trainee: Number of Graduate Trainee (01) Req:60169BR

Provide support to the Information Systems & Telecommunications team mainly in telecommunication.

Qualification & experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering.
• Must have undertaken Industrial trainings in Telecoms, ISP environment with a GSM operator (in roles of Field Engineers, RF, Transmission, Core Networks and NOC operations).
• Should have knowledge of network systems and technologies (radio links, microwave, VHF, fiber optics, leased lines, WiFi, IP address planning and cabling).
• Certifications: CCNA (Route or Voice) with any programming language.
• Maximum 2 years post graduation experience

Tilenga Project Logistics Graduate trainee: Number of Graduate Trainees (01): Req 60170BR

Provide support to the logistics team in terms of transport and traffic control, especially with the interfaces between site transport and freight traffic between Mombasa and site. Provide support in related reporting among others.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Transport and Logistics, Supply chain or any other related degree.
• Maximum 2 years post-graduation experience

Tilenga Project Field Operations: Number Graduate trainee (01): Req:60172BR

Provide support to the Field Operations team in terms of; Development and consolidation of the e- learning program, Development of the other training programs, Consolidation of vendors for trainings within the Tilenga project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Oil & Gas Engineering or any related field.
• Understanding of the technical training content within the oil and gas industry.
• Maximum 2 years post-graduation experience.
