The Certificate in Secretarial Studies is a Two Years’ programme, designed to produce competent secretaries, managers in secretarial duties and front officers and office administration. The programme is designed to educate students to understand office equipment, machines, furniture and be able to process and store documents in the office. Students would be exposed to a range of secretarial and management skills that are useful to succeed in the current secretarial environment.
By the end of the programme, students will be able to;
The institution’s Academic Board, upon satisfaction that the standard required under relevant regulations for the award of a Certificate in Secretarial Studies has been attained by the Candidate in the instruction examinations shall be recommended for the award.
