The Relevance (Why the course is being taught)

Diploma in Pharmacy is a 3 year program that prepares a student for an illustrous career as a Pharmacy Technician. At International Paramedical Institute students acquire skills to compound and mix pharmaceutical preparations. They are equiped with skills to manage stock of medicines in a pharmacies as well as managerial skills to manage hospital pharmacy units

Upon graduation students can be employed in government hospitals or private clinics and hospitals and can also open up their own drugs shops

Course Entry Requirements

Requirements include; UACE with principal in chemistry plus a subsidiary in biology and any other subsidiary in science subject or a ceritificate in any health related field e.g nursing. Also Five credits in english, mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology at O- level.
