Leadership and governance are crucial in organizations and this requires training which is availed by the Bachelor of Leadership and Governance. The degree provides quality education that addresses the needs of effective public and private leaders in today’s dynamic business environment. Expert leadership skills and effective governance assume critical importance in competitive organizations. Resources are misused or embezzled due to poor leadership and governance, without appropriate leadership and governance development cannot occur. The challenges for development need disciplined leadership and good governance. Policies for government, or organizations, however well intentioned they are, will net succeed without good leadership and governance.
