Justification

The leisure and hospitality industry is growing very fast all over the world, including Uganda and the East African region as a whole. Several leisure and hospitality facilities such as hotels, leisure, recreation centres as well as entertainment companies have responded to this growth. The business opportunities however present themselves with challenging demands for skilled leisure and hospitality professionals in order for the service providers to have a competitive edge with in the industry.
