The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program is a comprehensive Undergraduate program that prepares students for a rewarding and fulfilling career in Nursing. This program combines Theoretical knowledge, Practical skills, and Clinical experiences to educate competent and compassionate Nurses who are capable of providing high-quality care to individuals, families, and communities in a variety of healthcare settings.
The program incorporates classroom instruction with clinical experience. In hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and community settings, students participate in Laboratory sessions, Simulation exercises, and Supervised clinical rotations. These experiences allow students to apply their theoretical knowledge, hone essential Nursing skills, and become acquainted with the diverse healthcare needs that exist for individuals of any stage of life.

A-level entry
UACE (or equivalent) with principal passes in Biology and Chemistry, and a subsidiary in Physics, Mathematics, Agriculture or FDN; plus UCE (or equivalent) with 5 passes;
Diploma Entry
Atleast a diploma in any of the following health disciplines:
Clinical Medicine and Community Health, Medical laboratory Technologist / Scientists,
Medical Radiography, Physiotherapists, Anaesthetic Officers, Orthopaedic
Officers/Assistants, Dispensers/Pharmacy Technicians, Psychiatry Clinical
Officers/Mental Health Clinical Officers, Nursing, E.N.T (Post Basic Diploma)
Ophthalmology, Clinical Medicine and any other related and relevant medical disciplines.
In addition, applicants must have a relevant working experience of atleast one year.
Note that: Applicants for BNA with Higher Diploma in Anesthesia shall take 3 years on the programme
