There has been achange across the Globe since 2009 and the world has shifted from Rural to Urban. The world is constantly changing demographically, environmentally, trade and the migration trends especially from rural areas. The continued urban growth rate is projected to add 2.5 billion people to the urban population by 2050 and 90 percent increase concentrated in Asia and Africa. Therefore, this puts physical planning and planners at the core of Local, National, Regional and Global Change.
