Amateurs sit and wait for inspiration, the rest of us just get up and go to work. – Stephen King

A couple of months back, one of us at Addmaya travelled to the US for a friend’s wedding. One of the things that fascinated him about Americans is that they are doers. They are always ready to experiment with stuff and nothing stops them from doing the things they love to do.

He had always desired to redesign the office but kept on brushing off the thought. On coming back, he rolled with the inspiration and did this to the office;

The point is we let off so many thing in our lives. Dreams, aspirations, desires stay way too long in the thought pipeline but we never get the courage to start.

We always have a million reasons why we cant start and not one single reason why need to start.

There is so much in you to share with the world. You’ve got to get the courage to take action.

Here is what Richelle E. Goodrich has to say about courage:

Courage to me is doing something daring, no matter how afraid, insecure, intimidated, alone, unworthy, incapable, ridiculed or whatever other paralyzing emotion you might feel. Courage is taking action…..no matter what. So you’re afraid? Be afraid. Be scared silly to the point you’re trembling and nauseous, but do it anyway!

So, have you always wanted to start a business? Just do it.

Have you always wanted to go bungee jumping? Just do it.

Have you always wanted to start a fashion line? Just do it.

Have you always wanted to plant an orchard like me? Just do it.

Have you always wanted to learn photography? Just do it.

Have you always wanted to start a blog? Just do it.

Do you want to paint your house red? Just do it.

Here is the bitter truth conditions will never be perfect for you to start. Excuses spoil dreams. Find a way of doing the things you’ve always wanted to do.

In life, we rarely regret the things we’ve done but we always regret the things we failed to do when we had a chance to do them.
