This course is designed for individuals who are not legally trained but are engaged in (or are about to be engaged in) a Small Claims matter - but do not know anything about it. It is also aimed at people who simply want to understand the Court process more fully. Whether or not you have a legal advisor is irrelevant to this course - it is not intended as legal advice and must not be relied upon as such (no liability or responsibility is accepted if it were to be relied upon in that way). It is simply for information to allow you to have a better understanding of Small Claims. Any downloadable resources, while potentially acting as a starting point to understand such documents, are to assist in that educational process and are again not to be relied upon.
