The Ministry of ICT and National Guidance supported by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the Deutsche Gesellschaft fÅNurInternationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) through the project “FAIR Forward –Artificial Intelligence for All”, have partnered to deliver the AI skilling program through Refactory.

This program will contribute to the development and re-skilling of the Ugandan workforce in AI, machine learning and data science.

Eligibility

Learners need background or foundational knowledge in web development or programming to thrive in this program

You need the following to complete your application

• A computer (we don't recommend filling the form out on a smartphone)
• A stable internet connection
• Details of 1 or 2 achievements you have executed or achieved in the past. This can be a project or product you built, an award you've received, a certification, or a fellowship. Please prepare a description (150 words or less), year of achievement, your personal contribution (150 words or less) and a reference person for your achievement

• Upload a 1-2-minute video to YouTube, describing who you are, a subject you are passionate about and how you hope Refactory will help you towards achieving your goal.
