Apply for the African Women in Data Scholarship

According to recent statistics, women make up a measly 15% of all data scientists globally and the World Economic Forum 2020 report found that only 26% of professionals employed in data and artificial intelligence in Africa are women. This is why we have partnered with Datacamp to help 1000 women build skills and careers in data.

About the Data Training

There is a myriad of tracks to choose from. You can learn one of the following:

  • R Programming

  • Python Programming

This is a women-only scholarship. If you would like to learn data skills and you are not a female, join our network. An opportunity may arise in the following months, you’ll be the first to know.

The training is self-paced. You however have until the end of the year to complete your training.
