The Relevance (Why the course is being taught)

Medical Clinical Officers practice clinical medicine at the health center and hospital levels in rural and urban areas. They diagnose and treat patients with common diseases and refer patients' with conditions that can't be managed at the health facility to Medical Officers. They work at the community level to treat the sick at home; provide health education to individuals, families and communities; provide school health services.

 

Course Entry Requirements

At least 2 principal passes in Biology and Chemistry. Physics is a relevant subject, as well as Mathematics and Nutrition.
