The school offers an enrolled midwifery direct entry course. The entry requirements are:
1. A minimum of five passes in the subjects English, Biology, Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics. N.B. (Agriculture/Home Economics/Foods and Nutrition/Geography/Health Science compensate for physics if not done or failed at senior four). “A” Level is an added advantage.
2. The intake is once a year in May. There are 15 Places per intake are available (in total 30) and male and female applicants are welcome.
3. The applicants must have attained the required minimum educational standard of not more than three years since the completion of senior four or six. Moreover the applicant must satisfy the interview panel.
4. The training takes 2.5 years in five semesters. Award certificates of training by UNMEB and one from UNMC for certificate of enrollment license to practice as a nurse.
