Justification

Human Resource Management is concerned with effective and efficient acquisition, retention and exiting of Human Resources for organizational competitiveness. It is the most challenging resource to manage in organizations.
The program enables those pursuing it to understand that human resources take a centre stage in organizational management. This programme therefore enhances knowledge, skills and reduces attitude gaps in continuously developing human resources to he a source in gaining competitive advantage for organizations.
